Thank you for shopping with meliplas. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Because many of our products are custom-made or produced through 3D printing, processing times may vary depending on product complexity, order volume, and material availability.

Estimated processing times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.


Shipping Timeframes

Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and destination.

Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur during holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods
  • We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier

Tracking information will be provided when available.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or redirected packages
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be reshipped only after additional postage has been paid

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipment processing.


Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Carrier delivery errors beyond our control

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims for missing packages.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement item at our discretion.


International Shipping

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Seized shipments
  • Additional import costs

If an international package is refused or returned, original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse shipment to certain locations
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud
  • Hold orders for additional verification if necessary
