Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help. We gladly offer replacements for damaged or defective products at no additional cost.

  • Items that have been used, opened, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We are unable to replace items reported outside the replacement request window.
